Partner terms are agreed individually based on creditworthiness, order volume and contract setup. A first enquiry via the partner portal is reviewed within a few days.

No, there is no minimum order value. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Shipping depends on the size of the goods: small parcel CHF 15, parcel CHF 19, heavy parcel CHF 29, bulky goods CHF 39, pallet CHF 119. For larger quantities each further parcel costs the same again; what your order costs is shown at checkout. We supply companies domiciled in Switzerland only. For first orders, or above an amount we set, we may require prepayment or a security.

There are two ways. With A-Post the goods arrive the next working day; the price depends on the size, from CHF 15 for a small parcel to CHF 119 for a pallet. Personal delivery we drive ourselves, as a weekly collective run on the weekday you choose; it costs by distance and is shown at checkout.

Yes. All products we distribute comply with the MDR and the MedDO. Luptek is a registered CH-REP and importer and takes on the regulatory responsibility.

Every parcel contains the full Swiss-compliant documentation in the prescribed language versions. No translation work for you.
