Which support brands do you represent?
We import selected European manufacturers exclusively for Switzerland. Once the contract is approved you receive the full product and price list in the dealer portal.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Shipping within Switzerland costs between CHF 15 and CHF 119 depending on the size of the goods. We supply companies domiciled in Switzerland only. For first orders, or above an amount we set, we may require prepayment or a security.
How quickly do you deliver?
What is in stock reaches you by A-Post within 2-3 working days, what we order from the manufacturer in about 21 days. The price depends on the size: CHF 15 to CHF 119. Anyone choosing personal delivery gets it as a weekly collective run on the weekday of their choice.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the size of the goods: small parcel CHF 15, parcel CHF 19, heavy parcel CHF 29, bulky goods CHF 39, pallet CHF 119. Stocked goods reach you within 2-3 working days. For larger quantities each further parcel costs the same again. Personal delivery we drive ourselves and charge by distance; the amount is shown at checkout.
