What is holding you back today.
Complex purchasing, several suppliers
A range spread from the support supplier to the wheelchair wholesaler: many contacts, many invoices, a lot of compliance.
Vigilance & complaints
In the event of an incident you have to write to manufacturers in the EU. Language, time zone and translation work all burden your QM team.
Supply bottlenecks in emergency care
With direct imports there is no reserve stock in the country. When a manufacturer delivers it is fast; when it does not, nothing arrives at all.
A range that matches your requirements.
The product categories most relevant to your needs.
What you get at Luptek.
One supplier, one contract
All relevant categories from a single source. This simplifies purchasing, accounting and supplier auditing.
Stock availability in Switzerland

You report incidents to us in German, and we deal with the manufacturer and Swissmedic. That takes a huge load off your QM team.
Framework agreements
Individual terms with guaranteed delivery times and reservation options for predictable supply.
Training for nursing staff
On request, in-house training on correct use. This reduces complaints and improves patient outcomes.
Personal onboarding
Every customer is onboarded personally: we show your team the shop, the ways to order and where to find the product documents.
Why Luptek is the right partner.
Hospital buyers balance supply security, cost, compliance and supplier complexity every single day. Direct import from EU manufacturers does bring price advantages, but at a high cost: missing Swiss documentation, slow response in vigilance cases, supply risk during shortages. Luptek positions itself as a curated Swiss distributor between manufacturer and clinic: we take on the CH-REP function, keep the standard range in stock and communicate in German with both you and the manufacturer. Your saving: far less supplier complexity, lower supply risk and a clear compliance line.
